Mr. Tsai holding a diploma in hotel management from the world-renowned Les Roches International School of Hotel Management Switzerland, Mr. Tsai is expert in hospitality and restaurant operation with over 30 years of professional knowledge and management experience. In the past 16 years, Mr. Tsai has devoted his expertise into various fields of investment and management in mainland China.

Prior to joining CHR, Mr. Steve Tsai worked as General Manager of The Sherwood Hotel Taipei, one of the “Leading Hotels of the world” until 2003. He was a Partner and CEO of Golden Jaguar (China) Group between 2004 and 2012, and later a board member and President of Business Management at the Hong Kong-listed Carnival Group International Holdings Ltd (00996.HK). He is also now the Chairman of Milo Star Entertainment Company (837674.OC) and the founder of Prestige Hotel Management Consulting Co., Ltd.

As an experienced investor and operator with acute business insights, Mr. Tsai has leveraged on his expertise to ensure excellent returns on investment,efficient management and operation in various fields of hotel, catering, entertainment, banquet and commercial real estate. The joining of Mr. Tsai will bring more cooperative opportunities for CHR, hotel owners and potential investors in mixed-use property development integrating hospitality, catering and entertainment brands, so as to suit the market and the needs of both investors and guests.
